What does it mean to you to be a student-athlete at the Fox School of Business?

Being a student-athlete at the Fox School means that I have access to some of the very best and brightest educators in the world of business. I’ve found it extremely rewarding to be supported and challenged both on and off the court to become the best version of myself. Entering my sophomore year, I look forward to expanding my experiences at Fox, too.
What was your decision process like when choosing to attend Temple?

As a student-athlete looking to pursue a career in the business world, Fox made the decision effortless. I made the decision to come here knowing that both my academic and athletics goals would be fulfilled.
How has Fox supported your pursuits as a student-athlete?

Fox does a great job at supporting its student athletes. Beyond giving us a priority choice on class scheduling or helping us set goals within the classroom, Fox also works with us to evaluate which potential career options might be available to us in the future.

“Being both a student at Fox and a student-athlete in Temple athletics, I’m thankful to have two strong ways to make those professional and personal connections that will hopefully benefit me in my future.“
How will your student-athlete experience benefit you beyond your time at Temple?

Despite being in only my second year, I’ve come to understand how important it is to make connections and build a network. Being both a student at Fox and a student-athlete in Temple athletics, I’m thankful to have two strong ways to make those professional and personal connections that will hopefully benefit me in my future.
What would you say to a prospective student-athlete who is considering coming to Temple?

I would tell any prospective student-athlete considering Temple that, especially if you are looking to study business, the Fox School is a fantastic place to pursue your education while also competing in collegiate athletics. Fox has a rich history and wide range of majors that will prepare you for your future professional life outside of sports.
What do you hope to achieve this fall semester? (Both athletically and academically)

Academically, I really want to keep working toward obtaining a 3.7 or higher GPA. On the court, my goal is to be named to the “All-Conference” first team as well as the “All-Defensive” team.
