Unite across disciplines at our inaugural symposium to bridge silos, spark AI collaborations, and launch interdisciplinary research initiatives.

About

The inaugural Data Science & AI @Temple Symposium is a campus-wide, grassroots initiative designed to bring together researchers from across schools and disciplines who are using—or interested in using—data science, machine learning, and AI in their scholarship. This symposium is hosted by the DS-AI@temple network, an active group of faculty from different colleges and schools across Temple.

Our goal is simple: help Temple researchers learn about each other’s work, connect across silos, and launch new collaborations that lead to shared workshops, research initiatives, interdisciplinary teams, and competitive large-scale grant proposals.

  • Date: March 12, 2026
  • Time: 12:00 PM – 6:30 PM
  • Location: Alter Hall (Fox School), MBA Commons 7th Floor

Whether you are building AI models, working with large datasets, developing new methods, studying the impacts of AI, or exploring opportunities to integrate AI into your research program—this event is for you.

Registration is free and required for planning food, seating, and poster space.
