Neha Mittal is an Associate Professor of Instruction in the Department of Statistics, Operations, and Data Science (SODS) at the Fox School of Business, Temple University, USA. She also serves as Strategic Outreach Director at the Translational Research Center, leading case writing and teaching initiatives. She teaches courses in Operations Management, Transportation, and Logistics Management at the Fox School. Her research focuses on freight transportation, addressing logistics planning, sustainability, and network optimization. An accomplished case writer, Dr. Mittal has published over 20 cases with Ivey Publishing and won prestigious case writing competitions, including the EFMD, and Fox International Business Case Writing Competitions. At Temple University, she has received multiple honors, such as the Case-based Research Excellence Award, Excellence in Teaching Award, and Crystal Apple Award. She is recognized as a Dean’s Teaching Fellow and a driving force in building and promoting the undergraduate supply chain management program.
