In this episode, senior finance major Conor Horkan joins host Ethan Duer, the Fox School’s assistant director of content strategy, for a walk across Temple University’s Main Campus.
From Broomall, PA (Marple Newtown High School), Horkan is a Fox student ambassador and president of the Fox Professional Speakers Student Professional Organization. In their conversation, Horkan tells Duer about his experiences as a finance major, his various on campus affiliations and how he navigated his experience transferring to Fox as a sophomore from the university’s College of Engineering.
In addition to offering keen advice to students who find themselves new to campus, he also recounts his exciting experience as a member of Cherry Consulting, a nonprofit, student-run marketing consulting firm based of out Temple University’s American Marketing Association.
