My career has been centered on health care leadership, organizational growth, and building strong teams and partnerships. Today, as CEO of CFG Health, I have the opportunity to lead a growing organization while working across strategy, operations, finance, clinical care, and business development.

Fox played an important role in my own professional development, and the Executive Lab offers a meaningful way to stay connected while contributing to the experience of current MBA students.

I hope to share a practical perspective on leadership, growth, negotiation, organizational culture, and the many factors that go into making effective business decisions. Just as importantly, I look forward to learning from the students and the perspectives they bring to the conversation.

What I find compelling about this MBA model is the combination of academic learning with direct access to business leaders across different industries and disciplines. That exposure helps students broaden their perspective, strengthen their judgment, and develop the adaptability and confidence needed to grow throughout their careers.
