Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to lead commercial strategy, marketing, and business operations across the healthcare and life sciences industry, including executive leadership roles with Johnson & Johnson, Bristol Myers Squibb, and URL Pharma. Working across global portfolios, corporate strategy, innovation, and board governance has reinforced my belief that effective leadership is grounded in curiosity, collaboration, and developing people while delivering meaningful business results.
