After earning my MBA from Fox School of Business, I’ve had the opportunity to build a career leading strategy, operations, and growth across health systems. Throughout my career, I’ve found that the most rewarding work happens at the intersection of people, purpose, and performance, helping organizations navigate change while improving their value proposition.

Returning to Fox as an Executive Lab Leader is an opportunity to give back to a program that helped shape my own leadership journey. I enjoy working with emerging leaders and sharing the practical lessons that don’t always come from textbooks: leading through ambiguity, building trust, making difficult decisions, and balancing strategy with execution.

Students can expect candid conversations about the realities of executive leadership and career development. My goal is to bridge classroom concepts with real-world application by sharing lessons learned and offering different perspectives on what drives and defines success.

I believe this MBA model is especially valuable because it combines academic rigor with practical experience, helping students develop the adaptability, judgment, and leadership mindset needed to succeed in today’s rapidly changing business environment.
