Since graduating from Fox, I have worked in the financial services industry for over 15 years. During this time, I have developed expertise in banking and federal regulations while strengthening my leadership, financial, and risk management skills, as well as my problem-solving skills. Additionally, I have been an active alumnus, which includes serving on the Temple University Black Alumni Alliance Board. These experiences have allowed me to collaborate with diverse teams, build strong relationships, and navigate changing economic conditions.

I chose to support the next generation of Fox MBA students because Temple University played a key role in professional and personal development. I want students to have access to the same opportunities that shaped my career and to support them as they pursue their goals.

Students will benefit from my experience in regulatory compliance and banking, and gain insight into how technology, financial and data analytics, and evolving regulations are reshaping the economic environment.

This approach will help students navigate change, embrace innovation, and lead with resilience. It will strengthen their critical thinking, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, while encouraging a strategic and growth-oriented mindset.
