Having graduated from Temple University’s honors program with a BBA, summa cum laude, and an MBA, magna cum laude, I had the opportunity to study law at the George Washington National Law Center in Washington DC. For the last 30 years, I have been a corporate governance and capital markets/securities lawyer at 3 major national and international law firms practicing in Philadelphia.

As an adjunct professor in the Legal Studies Department at Fox, it is always a privilege and very special for me to be back at the school that laid the foundation for my profession and a career that I love. As a practicing attorney, advising management teams and boards of directors of Fortune 500 companies as well as smaller companies and non-profits, I will be able to provide insights and industry perspectives around what happens in the Boardroom and the C-suite on a daily basis.
