I have built a career leading quality, compliance, and operational excellence within the pharmaceutical and medical device industries. Today, as a Quality Assurance Director, I lead cross-functional teams, drive organizational improvement initiatives, and help organizations navigate complex regulatory and business challenges. Most recently, I earned my Executive DBA from Temple University’s Fox School of Business in May 2026, further strengthening my ability to connect research, strategy, and leadership with practical business application.

I chose to return to Fox as an Executive Lab Leader because I want to help students bridge the gap between classroom learning and the realities of today’s workplace. I am passionate about mentoring emerging leaders and creating an engaging environment where students can build confidence through discussion, problem-solving, and real-world application.
