My connection with Temple University has come full circle. After earning my graduate degree from Temple, I built a career spanning more than 20 years in executive leadership across operations, strategy, marketing, and business development. Along the way, I have had the opportunity to lead organizations in industries ranging from technology and retail to facilities management, overseeing multi-million-dollar businesses, leading thousands of employees, and helping companies grow through innovation, acquisitions, operational excellence, and digital transformation.

Today, I serve as Vice President at Interstate Maintenance, where I help lead a nationwide organization of nearly 2,500 associates operating across 42 states. Throughout my career, I have discovered that my greatest passion is developing people—coaching leaders, solving complex business challenges, and building high-performing teams that adapt to the evolving needs of clients and the marketplace.

Returning to Temple as an Executive Lab Leader is an opportunity to give back to the university that helped shape my professional journey. My goal is to bridge the gap between academic concepts and real-world business by sharing practical experiences, lessons learned, and leadership insights that students can immediately apply as they begin their own careers. I hope to provide not only proven business principles, but also the perspective I’ve gained from leading organizations through growth, change, and innovation.

Over the past 10 years, I have also had the privilege of working on nearly 35 projects within the Fox Graduate Capstone program. Through that experience, I have seen firsthand how experiential learning gives students a multidimensional understanding of how strategic decisions influence every aspect of an organization—from finance, marketing, and sales to operations, technology, and legal. My role is to equip students with the tools, practical experience, and confidence to analyze complex business challenges and develop thoughtful, effective solutions for today’s dynamic business environment.
