I have spent more than 15 years helping consumer brands build stronger relationships with their customers through loyalty, CRM, and digital marketing. Since earning my Executive Doctorate from Temple University’s Fox School of Business in 2019, I’ve continued to grow as a leader in customer engagement, building on my experience at CVS and most recently leading loyalty strategy, CRM, personalization, and marketing technology initiatives at Wawa. My work has focused on connecting customer insights, data, and technology to create more relevant customer experiences and drive business growth. My doctoral experience strengthened my ability to think strategically, ask better questions, and connect research with real-world business decisions.

I’m excited to return to Fox because it gave me so much throughout my own career, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to help the next generation of business leaders. As a loyalty and CRM consultant and adjunct professor, I enjoy connecting what I’m seeing across industries with the practical challenges organizations are facing today.

Students can expect honest conversations about leading change, using customer insights to make better decisions, working across teams, and building a career that can evolve over time. The Executive Lab is a great example of how business education is changing, giving students the opportunity to tackle real business problems, think strategically, collaborate across disciplines, and develop the adaptability they’ll need in a rapidly changing workplace.
